Emma BrownEmma is an innovative executive coach and consultant, specialising in Leadership development with a particular expertise in Communication Skills training. Her sharp discerning ability has been called-upon to successfully help high profile international organisations such as Kuehne & Nagel, Credit Suisse, Cisco, Zurich Insurance and Rolls Royce, as well as prominent British and American universities. She designs and delivers programmes to enable desired behavioural and organisational change. Emma combines corporate work with private 1:1 Voice and Coaching practice, and lectures in voice and business for university programmes.

Her unique background in Theatre and Alexander Technique, combined with a MA in Voice and a professional training in Executive and Team Coaching, lays the foundation for the subtle and powerful method she conducts around the world. Emma is qualified in Executive Coaching with the Institute for Human Development (IHD) and in Team Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She is also a qualified practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She is licensed to use a variety of psychometric profiling tests inc. the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the MiRo Team Assessment and Cultural Transformational Tools (CTT).

Her work is supervised by Dr Michael Carroll. Michael is a chartered counselling psychologist and an accredited executive coach and accredited executive coach supervisor with APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors). He is also Visiting Industrial Professor at the University of Bristol. Supervision is a form of CPD with the focus on learning from actual practice (sitting at the feet of your own experiences). Supervision is also a form of quality control where supervisors monitor that the work is professional, ethical, and relational and at a continual high level of excellence.
